In the developing world, nearly 22% fewer women than men have access to a mobile phone; and nearly 25% have no access to the Internet. The barriers to entry are great: either the cost is prohibitive to receive learning content; or, women do not have their own mobile phone. Women and girls are being left behind, and are not part of the connected world.

We can change that. Join us for a preview of The SmartWoman Project, a mobile learning platform supporting the advancement and education of women around the world. You will see first hand how women are empowered by receiving valuable information through a mobile phone, and connecting with other women around the globe.
